What do people want? If you’re in marketing or advertising, you better know that answer, or know somebody who knows. Here at DVI, we keep a finger on the pulse of the consumer to make sure we know how to best approach our audience no matter what kind of project we’re working on.
To that end, I frequently dig around online and find interesting articles that describe consumer behavior. Like “A Look Ahead at New Homes of 2015.”
That one’s a goldmine.
Why? Because the Building Expert Guy (Stephen Melman, Director of Economic Services at the National Association of Home Builders) is predicting that these are the things people will want in the next few years.
Among other things this article tells how much smaller houses will be and what room they’ll be leaving off the floor plans. Why should you care?
Because it predicts what the people will want.
And if you know what they’re going to want… you can anticipate how they’re going to react to your video communication.
