Like our new look?
You can’t have missed it by now—we’re sporting different colors, a new logo, a fresh brand voice, and a completely revamped website. More on those elements below.
But the fun doesn’t stop there: we’re also starting up our very own DVI newsletter called “The Outline.” It’s going to be our quarterly outline of the current state of communications, distilling top digital marketing and business development topics from around the web into one convenient email. Sign up here so you don’t miss out!
Back to the rebrand. We’re here in this particular blog to go over the most exciting elements of our new design. Ready for your peek behind the curtain? Here are the top four things you’ll notice about the new brand.
1. Bold brand colors
Our designers were inspired by the featured headline on our homepage: “Good ideas make sparks. Great ideas catch fire.” They chose colors that are simultaneously exciting and warm, calling to mind our dual goals to push ourselves creatively while making the process easy and comforting for clients.
These fiery brand colors of peach, gold, and smoky deep gray are an update to the colors that DVI’s held dear for 20 years—and we couldn’t be more excited about it.
2. Clean, modern layout
Our new website layout is modeled after a polished, editorial look. We want our solutions to be clear and welcoming for potential clients: find them newly positioned as part of a pared-down main website menu.
You’ll also notice an exciting new section for our creative services. We’ve offered graphic design and integrated media branding for quite some time now, but we’ve finally dedicated a page to them. All the better to share more of our passions with you!
3. Fresh DVI voice
Our website copy and social copy’s taking a turn toward a bolder, more evocative style. We want to show potential clients exactly how powerful our video and creative work can be, and we’ve come up with a confident new tone to do it.
Most importantly, we’ve also vowed to place a “human” tone first in this new brand voice. Behind the amazing projects at DVI is a team of living, breathing human beings—and we know that our clients are human, too! At the end of the day, our shared humanity is what makes us strong. Prepare to see winking acknowledgments to the human condition throughout our new messaging.
4. Brand-new logo
Last, but not least, we’ve redesigned our logo for an exciting new take on the DVI name. We’ve switched to an all-lowercase look with some funky monochrome applications. And we’re all pretty excited about it, too—check out our social to see the new DVI employee swag that our artists are enjoying.
“I’m so deeply proud of all we’ve accomplished over the past few months during the rebrand creative process. Our new look is an extension of the pride we all feel in our work here at DVI—it’s been thoughtfully crafted to reflect who we are, what we stand for, and what we’ll become.”
Matthew Lopes, CEO
About the rebrand, our CEO Matthew Lopes says: “I’m so deeply proud of all we’ve accomplished over the past few months during the rebrand creative process. Our new look is an extension of the pride we all feel in our work here at DVI—it’s been thoughtfully crafted to reflect who we are, what we stand for, and what we’ll become.”
New look, same great agency
Despite our fresh take on the DVI brand, we remain the exact same team of high-quality, award-winning, passionate artists we were yesterday.
But we do hope you enjoy seeing what we’ve all been up to these past few months (in addition to all of our important client projects, of course). Feel free to explore our new website, sign up for the newsletter, and follow us on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to further check out the brand.
