Mercedes-Benz service technicians know exactly what they’re doing—and customers can know what technicians are doing, too! That’s the concept Mercedes-Benz wanted us to convey with a high-level, easy to understand video series explaining common service jobs that customers might need for their vehicles. To fit Mercedes-Benz’s needs, we created a custom graphics and callout text package that would complement our footage of a conversational host.
