IHGLeadership Training Series

InterContinental Hotel Group, a worldwide hospitality giant encompassing several beloved hotel brands, asked The DVI Group to create a custom leadership training program for its managerial staff around the world. One of IHG’s key leadership behaviors is the recognition and celebration of great employees, wherever they work in hotels. To encourage leaders to engage with and applaud each of their employees, our instructional design and animation teams crafted an exciting video full of superhero characters and motivating statistics for one segment of the training.
