With the global scale of my team and responsibilities, I don’t have a lot of time to micromanage vendors, so I love working with vendors that I know I can trust….The DVI side is always very clear, the dates are laid out; everything is always on time, so communication has always been good.
The gift of flexibility
Aptos’s flexible platforms are adept at handling clients from vastly different retail spaces, and they wanted to show it. We met that challenge with a visual metaphor—a box—that could fold and change as the video progressed.
When animation’s a blast
In production, our 3D animation team took the image of the Aptos box from concept, to storyboard, to playblast, to fully-animated story. See the the gif to the left to glimpse how animation takes shape before it’s polished.
Embracing shades of change
We’re always attuned to what the client wants: if their ideas grow and develop throughout a project, we’ll grow and develop with them. With Aptos, we gladly changed the animation’s background color at their request, resulting in a more pared-down look for the final product.
Everyone says they can give you what you want, and everyone has a sales pitch that sounds great, but it doesn’t always work out in the end result. I know with DVI that’s not going to happen—I’m going to get the best quality, on time.
